- Year 12
Comment: When I took over the Jazz in the mid-season, it was only a mediocre team in the league. However, I re-organized the team drastically, signed a lot of talented free agents, and eventually made Jazz win the Western Conference title. However, the team lost to the Raptors in the championships games. I won the honorable mention for the Coach of the Year in my debut season.
- Year 13
Comment: Jazz established itself as one of the powerhouses in the league, made the playoffs again, but lost to the Trailblazers, which eventually won the champs this season, in the first round.
- Year 14
Comment: At the beginning of the season, Jazz underwent a major player re-shuffle. This move eventually made Jazz win the most talented team award and me GM of the Year award. However, the regular season performance was a big disappointment (ranked out of top 10), considering the talent level of this team. A lot of owners called the Jazz the most underachieve team in the league and my ability to coach was questioned, too. Luckily, Jazz made the playoffs for 3 consecutive seasons, went past the Sonics and the Nuggets, but lost to the Trailblazers in the conference title games. Nevertheless, D. Dupler(PG) was voted ALL-BEL 1st team this season by human owners.
- Year 15
Comment: This year is another good year for the Jazz. We got past the Warriors, the Nuggets, and the Trailblazers and won the conference title. However, in the championship games the Jazz lost to the Pitsons 4-1. This is the second time the Jazz made it all the way to the championship games but fell short of getting the trophy.
